Personal Trainer, Head Programmer


Dom comes to us with over 6 years of CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting coaching experience.  His coaching style is a ground up approach, and rooted in the fundamentals.  Dom believes everyone should move everyday and is here to help you do that in a safe and fun way! He has a beautiful wife and daughter that he likes to travel with.  

“I have only one vessel for this thing called life and I want to take care of it as much as possible, that is why I train and train hard. I want to add years to my life and life to my years when I get older! One obstacle I have to overcome on a daily basis is I have had three lower leg surgeries in the past 8 years so my warm up can be slower than most at times and my form has to be perfect or I feel it the next day!
As a girl dad, Phoenix Varsity Club holds a special place in my heart, and I am so excited to be part of the program! Having a place for young athletes, female athletes, to go and learn the right way to lift with proper technique, and safety top of mind, will not only translate to the sports of their choice but more importantly will create the strong women of tomorrow. That excites me.”
